Rumors have been flying around the ether that Reggie Bush will propose to Kim Kardashian if the Saints win the Super Bowl. According to Kardashian’s blog, it isn’t true:
This is not true. I never made any kind of bet. A radio interviewer asked what I dreamed for in 2010 and I was hesitant and thinking about it and they said what about ring [and I] said yes, a Superbowl ring for Reggie. Then they said that if he gets a Superbowl ring, I get an engagement and I said ‘ok deal!’ LOL.
At this point, Kim Kardashian is the only thing making it seem at all like Bush is a legitimate NFL super star. He makes the occasional sweet play, but dude is a mega-bust. A role player at best. In fact, it is pretty impressive to see how good New Orleans is even though they blew the second over all pick on him in 2006. Not only that, his fumble of a first half punt in the NFC Championship Game very well could have cost the Saints the game.
In the end, it really doesn’t matter if Bush did promise Kardashian he would propose if the Saints win. The Saints aren’t going to win. Yes, they won the game last week because they lost the contest to see which team wanted it less, but this Super Bowl is not going to be close. The only “Who dat?” we will hear after the game will be drunken New Orleans fans trying to figure out who left the horseshoe in their ass.
Booty and the Bust are fun to write about, but that doesn’t change things. After the game, the only rings on either of their fingers will be the ones they came with.

You are always welcome back to gloat. It's all in good fun. I like the Saints as much as the next guy, and I had a ton of fun watching them this year. A very impressive team. But they looked like absolute poo against the Vikings. The couldn't move the ball consistently. They couldn't convert on third down. And Brett Favre saved Drew Brees from being the goat after that inexcusable fumble on the previous drive. Of course, Brett Favre saved a lot of people. If they play that sloppy against the Colts, Peyton will punish them.

Got me bad! I was dead wrong about the game, as I was with around 100% of my NFL predictions this year. That said, Reggie Bush is a major bust. He will renegotiate his contract this off-season, or he will be gone. Dude is a 100% bust based on expectation and results.

Man, I wish I was a bust with a 50 mil + plus contract. I will bet any one any amount that Reggie Bush will not be on the Saints next year unless he accepts less money. If he doesn't, he will be cut for another punt returner/ back up running back. It is just the way it is.
I am not jealous. I just know two things:
1. Reggie Bush gets the star treatment even though he is an average NFL player.
2. Losers who are upset with their own lives are spending today, and most days, googling things like "Did Reggie Bush Propose to Kim Kardashian" in order to make it through another day in the cubicle.
