According to his post-game interview last night, Eagles’ quarterback Donovan McNabb not only doesn’t mind having Michael Vick on board, but he actually lobbied to get him.

If McNabb and Vick are on same page, Brian Westbrook is healthy and this move actually energizes an organization that has been through a lot, the Eagles will be a very dangerous football team.

Last night I wrote that things could be getting Phugly really soon in Philadelphia. But after half a night’s sleep and listening to McNabb, from a pure football standpoint, this could be the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

Or it could lead to the most epic meltdown in sports history.

Either way, this story never dies. It just gets more interesting.
